Lunar New Year Celebration

CUT D.C. invites guests to their annual Lunar New Year Celebration. They have invited notable guest chefs, including Kevin Tien (Moon Rabbit), Katsuya Fukushima (Daikaya, Haikan, Bantam King, and Tonari), and Simon Lam (Tiger Fork), to join Executive Chef Andrew Ho in curating a Tasting Menu to celebrate the Year of the Snake. Each chef will create special dishes in a multi-course tasting menu for the occasion to enjoy family style. Traditional décor of red and gold will adorn the restaurant as Lion Dancers come to join in the celebration of the auspicious year ahead.
