Valentine’s Day Weekend Dinner
All are welcome to come celebrate love with CUT DC on both the Friday and Saturday of Valentine’s Day weekend! The restaurant will be offering a special 5-course tasting menu made up of some of guests’ most beloved meals from CUT, including Smoked Sturgeon Macaron and Blue Crab Tarlet to start, Black Truffle & Celeriac Scarpinocc Pasta and Australian Stone Axe Wagyu as some of the courses, and ending with the “Kiss me” cheesecake mousse dessert. Alongside the tasting menu there will be a unique wine pairing led by the restaurant’s sommelier that has been perfectly curated to complement each course and enhance the romantic ambiance of the evening for all guests.
The 5-course tasting menu will be at $265 per person ++, with the sommelier guided wine pairing as at and additional $135.
