I work in an advisory and litigation capacity

In criminal law matters I represent you from the very first hour in criminal proceedings against you. I will accompany you to questioning appointments, represent you in dealings with the public prosecutor's office and ensure that your position on the criminal allegations is heard by the criminal courts. For victims of a crime, I stand up for the conviction of the perpetrator and the settlement of claims for damages and compensation and represent the victim's position in criminal proceedings against the perpetrator.

I advise you in civil law matters. I draft and review contracts for you. I assess claims that are directed against you under contracts or to which you are entitled under contracts. I advise you on corporate law issues relating to your company and your relationship with other companies. I examine legal claims for you, in particular in matters of family law and inheritance law. I take the necessary steps to defend or safeguard claims against third parties and enforce your claims in court or defend against claims made against you in civil proceedings.

I support you in administrative law matters, in particular in the areas of road traffic law and migration law. For example, I advise and represent you in the event of a driving license withdrawal by the Road Traffic Licensing Office. In matters of migration law, I represent you before the authorities when issuing visas, residence and settlement permits and in connection with the granting of Swiss citizenship.
