Effect of singing bowl therapy

Singing bowl meditation and singing bowl massage release tension. In addition to their traditional use for meditation, Tibetan singing bowls are also used for deep relaxation of physical and mental complaints.

Our body consists of up to 80% water. When we place the singing bowl on the body and sound it, it is like throwing a stone into water: Concentric circles are formed, which continue through body fluids such as lymph, blood and digestive juices.

The vibrations of the singing bowls are transmitted through the body and can thus penetrate all regions. The gentle vibration that this creates feels like a massage for body, mind and soul.

Our attention naturally turns to the physical sensations that we can perceive at this moment. We consciously connect with our body.
