Inimitable aromas and flavors, a cuisine that reflects the culinary tradition of the past, but always attentive to the new needs of its customers.La Tavernetta was founded in 1958 in Portici (Na) where just a very young Giuseppe Resta began his career as a pizzaiolo and then took over the business back on May 1, 1978, which coincides with the birth of his son Salvatore who decides to open 40 years later the Tavernetta in Agno (Lugano, Switzerland).

After a long experience first with his father Giuseppe and then later with his older brother Nello Resta who has been carrying on this great adventure for over 30 years with the Tavernetta of the same name in San Giorgio a Cremano (Na).

With the opening in Switzerland, Salvatore is about to carry on the family's restaurant art!"
