The Nufenen Pass road with its connection to Canton Valais was built in 1964, passable only in the summer period. And it was here that the All'AcquA Restaurant ( 1614 m.s.l ) was born, a friendly cozy establishment in a family setting.
Every day we propose the menu of the day and a small menu that offers breaded schnitzel, polenta gnocchi, and other small specialties, while in the evening you can find a menu with specialties of meat and fish and many off-paper:
- homemade pasta
- hamburgers with homemade bread
- tagliolini with real clams cooked at low temperature
- cheese cooked at low temperature marinated in rum and barbeque sauce
- meat braised ( purely in winter and by reservation) 4 cuts of meat to be cooked on the brazier with 7 sauces
- homemade cappelletti in broth (in winter)
