Villa Maria is a beautiful Art Nouveau house in a central, quiet location. It was built in 1904 and has been run as a boarding house by the Oblate Sisters of St. Francis de Sales since 1925. At Villa Maria, young and adult women of different religions, nationalities and languages find a temporary home in the heart of Bern.

Information

On three floors, now with elevator, you will find spacious, bright and friendly furnished single and double rooms. WCs and showers are now located on the floor. Internet access is available in all rooms. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available. The common rooms are bright and spacious. In our chapel you have the opportunity to retreat in silence or take part in the sisters' prayers.
