Operations

Your needs are taken into account as far as possible during operations. The operations can be performed either on an outpatient or inpatient basis. The duration of the inpatient stay is as short as possible

Shoulder

• Arthroscopy: injury to the joint lip (SLAP lesion) in the event of dislocation, impingement, wear and tear of the acromioclavicular joint (AC osteoarthritis), calcific shoulder (tendinosis calcarea)
• Surgery for tears of the rotator cuff or biceps tendon

• Joint replacement (shoulder prosthesis) for wear and tear of the joint (omarthrosis) or irreparable damage to the rotator cuff (inverse prosthesis)

Elbow

• Arthroscopy for free joint bodies (corpora libera) in the elbow joint

• Surgical repair and stabilization of humeral fractures (osteosynthesis) and dislocations

Hip

• Minimally invasive joint replacement (arthroplasty) for joint wear (osteoarthritis)
• Revision and/or replacement of loosened endoprostheses

Knee

• Knee endoscopy (arthroscopy) with operations on the meniscus (suture, partial removal), cartilage (Pridie drilling, microfracturing, AMIC), ligamentous apparatus (cruciate ligament replacement)
• Partial replacement (hemiprosthesis or sled prosthesis) of the inner or outer knee joint (Oxford)
• Joint replacement (arthroplasty) with uncoupled, partially coupled and coupled prosthesis systems for osteoarthritis of the knee joint
• Individual arthroplasty with "Signature" (preoperative MRi/CT required)

• Revisions and/or replacement of loosened endoprostheses
• Surgery for circumscribed detachment of the cartilage (osteochondrosis dissecanis)
• Axis realignment for bow leg (genu varum) and knock-knee (genu valgum)

Upper ankle and foot
