In most construction companies, working hours do not allow children to be taken to or picked up from school or daycare. Most construction companies do not take into account the fact that employees have to stay at home because the children are ill. But this job has to be done by someone, and with a lot of love and patience.
Unfortunately, this means that far too few mothers work in construction and can only develop their careers to a limited extent. On the other hand, fathers are not able to take equal social responsibility for the children at home and being a father is reduced to bringing home the money.
