Targeted training for a beautiful, healthy body

Our training concept is based on the idea of joint-friendly training for all ages. Depending on age and training level or goals, we adapt the training perfectly. Be it with your own body weight, free weights or equipment-based training.

We divide our customers into different categories, i.e. fitness-, health- and performance-oriented. Fitness-oriented customers usually have the goal of defining their body or reducing their weight.

Health-oriented customers are rehab customers or older women who have physical problems and want to improve them with muscle building, balance exercises, etc.

The performance-oriented customers are mostly women who are striving for a specific sporting goal (marathon, bikini model, etc.).

We also support women after pregnancy, i.e. while they train on our modern equipment and devote themselves completely to their well-being, the children are well looked after. We also offer postnatal training for this purpose, e.g. Pilates, yoga, etc.

 

With our diverse group fitness program, there is something for everyone: Pilates, back exercises, BBP, Zumba®, yoga, step, TRX, functional training and much more.
