With this pleasurable guiding principle, Bäckerei-Konditorei Waber AG has been developing and producing high-quality, freshly baked goods for discerning customers since the company was founded in 1980.

The company clearly sets itself apart from its competitors on the market with top quality and innovative service. The freshly produced baked goods are also supplied to hotels, restaurants, retirement homes and companies.

All baked goods are produced without additives as a matter of principle. Ready mixes are avoided out of professional honor. As an apprentice business, it makes sense to produce and process our own product mixes.

The family business was founded when master confectioner and baker Kurt Waber set up his own business in 1980 and opened his store at Strählgasse 6 in Brittnau. In 2009, Waber AG was founded and his son Daniel Waber, master baker and confectioner, took over the management of his parents' business. Since then, Waber AG has developed considerably: The company currently employs 18 staff and 2 apprentices in production and sales. Kurt Waber manages the confectionery department in our company.

In order to maintain the high quality standard, it is essential that the boss himself supports his team in production and can therefore also act flexibly for short-term customer orders.
