Our family comes from the Basilicata region of southern Italy and emigrated to Gersau in Switzerland in the mid-1960s, where they lived for over 30 years.
After various jobs in the gastronomy sector with different orientations, Salvatore obtained his federal certificate of competence as a chef in the canton of Ticino. The two brothers then decided to gain a foothold in the hospitality industry, fulfilling a long-held desire.
Before the current gastronomic "adventure", we ran the Bahnhof-Buffet restaurant in Brunnen for four years and then the former Da Tommaso from 2004.
The passion for cucina italiana and hospitality has been passed down to us from the traditions of our country of origin.
