Equipped with high-performance equipment, our mechanical workshop makes all the tooling for our fabrications. What's more, we're constantly modernizing our equipment, so that we're always able to satisfy all series requests, under the best conditions.

We produce our parts from the most diverse materials: Nivaflex, stainless steels, precious metals, non-ferrous... which we can shape, in strip (from 0.1 to 2 mm thick) or round wire (from 0.1 to 5 mm).

For prototype production, our technicians are able to produce special dimensions. In this case, the chosen material is drawn, laminated and straightened directly in our workshops.

Our springs are precision products, manufactured to customer specifications and produced in small, medium or large series.

Specific tooling is manufactured in-house, to ensure total product control. Our collaboration includes design assistance in the form of studies and consultancy.

At the same time, we offer our customers a wide range of services.

With a view to achieving maximum product quality, we also carry out:

On-site, at the final stage of manufacturing, we heat-treat the springs. However, on request and under our responsibility, we can entrust more specific surface treatments to our most competent partners.

Final inspection is carried out methodically and accurately, and certificates of conformity are supplied to the customer on request.

Throughout production, the various parameters of the customer's specifications are checked and analyzed, to ensure the supply of a product that rigorously conforms to the order.

In addition, we are in constant contact with each of our customers, to keep them informed of the progress of the work and any modifications that can be made to improve product quality.
