The Restaurant/Gelateria Evviva Plankis is an integration project. It provides people with disabilities with a supervised working environment close to the primary labor market.

Plankis, as the owner, employs over 150 people with special learning needs in the areas of bakery,

floristry, gardening, garden maintenance, gastronomy, housekeeping, creative crafts, agriculture, food production, dairy, sales and work group. 58 people are looked after by us at several locations in residential groups, studios and private apartments.

People work here for people - and ensure that every guest feels well looked after. It is particularly important to us to enable people to develop personally and professionally.
