Group energy
If you enjoy sharing a group energy and want to improve your technique, while working your body awareness and developing your ability to link exercises, group classes are for you.
Ranging from 1 to 10 people Pilates group classes last 1 hour in the morning and evening and 45 minutes between 12pm and 2pm
Tailor-made
A private or semi-private class (2 people), is a made-to-measure class where you work on the parts of your body you wish to strengthen. Targeted exercises, according to your needs, performed with regularity, enable you to achieve fast and visible results. Perfectly adapted to your desires, these classes alone with friends or family are an opportunity to focus solely on your feeling, your progress, while receiving my full attention.

The Reformer is the oldest Pilates machine. It allows you to perform over 130 different exercises, which we look forward to teaching you. Indeed, this fantastic machine allows you to work in greater depth and with greater precision. Totally complementary to Pilates tapi classes, the Reformer class will give you new sensations to improve your strength, flexibility, coordination as well as your balance.
