Description
EducaRun, 1st running club for toddlers
First running club designed specifically for pre-schoolers (24 months to 48 months). We are passionate about the physical and personal development of young people through sport, and our mission is to inspire and cultivate a new generation of young athletes by providing them with a solid foundation for an active and healthy life.
Our vision, our commitment.
At EducaRun, we are committed to creating an environment where every child can feel valued, respected and motivated to achieve their personal goals. We firmly believe that the lessons learned on the racetrack are equally applicable in everyday life. That's why we integrate lessons on discipline, effort management, and respect for others into every session.
Running, growing, blossoming
EducaRun is much more than just a running club. Aimed at children from the age of 24 months, it represents an enriching adventure that goes far beyond the limits of physical exercise to venture into the realms of personal development and collective learning. This innovative concept not only encourages perseverance and fitness in young children; it also encourages them to explore the different facets of their own potential.
Why running, its benefits
Running, much more than just a physical activity for adults, offers multiple benefits for children's development, especially when they start at an early age, as at EducaRun, already at 24 months. Exploring the benefits of running in toddlers can help parents understand why the sport should be an essential part of their children's physical and emotional education.
Improved physical development
Regular running helps build strong muscles and robust bones in children. By engaging youngsters in structured running activities like those offered by EducaRun, children develop their coordination and balance, crucial skills at this age. Running sessions also stimulate the cardiovascular system, improving lung capacity and blood circulation, vital aspects for healthy growth.
Cognitive boost through movement
Studies have shown that physical exercise, such as running, can increase neuroplasticity in the brain, enabling better neuronal connectivity. For EducaRun children, this translates into improved concentration, memory and learning skills. Incorporating running into their daily routine can contribute to better academic performance, as an active mind is often a more alert and engaged mind.
Emotional and social well-being
Participating in races organized by EducaRun allows children not only to let off steam, but also to learn how to manage their stress and emotions. Running is often praised for its role in improving mood through the release of endorphins, the feel-good hormones. What's more, the social interactions that naturally occur in a group setting like EducaRun encourage children to develop important social skills, such as teamwork, leadership, and empathy.
Encouraging perseverance and discipline
An often underestimated aspect of running is its power to teach perseverance. At EducaRun, children learn to set goals and work towards them, a skill that will serve them in all aspects of their lives. The structure and discipline required to follow the training program also teach children the value of commitment and consistency.
