About our cheese dairy:

The cheese store in the village center of Eschenbach, in the beautiful Seetal valley, has been around for around 40 years. In the in-house cheese dairy, Toni Hodel and his team produce tasty Emmentaler AOP, pasta milk and yogurt in various flavors with a great deal of expertise and passion. Toni's wife Cornelia has run the store for the last 25 years. In May 2023, I, Simona Brunner, took over the cheese store from Cornelia and Toni Hodel.

Are you planning a brunch, an aperitif or the next party? Tell us your wishes! We will put together aperitif platters with cheese and/or meat according to your taste and garnish them seasonally. We look forward to receiving your order by phone or in person at the store.

FONDUE

Mmmmmh... everyone just loves this classic! You've come to the right place for your next fondue party. Our popular fondue house mix is available from us in various sizes. Pick it up, heat it up at home and enjoy!

Caquelon hire

Are you still missing a few caquelons for your fondue party? No problem! We have 20 caquelon sets including forks for rent. Caquelon set hire: CHF 10.00. We look forward to receiving your order by phone, in person in the store or right here.

RACLETTE

Enjoyment and cosiness - whether in a convivial group or in intimate togetherness: a raclette is perfect for a cosy evening and not just in winter! Available from us all year round in the following flavors: nature, pepper and paprika. Depending on the season, we always have new, interesting flavors. Come by and let us surprise you.

Not in the mood to wait forever until the cheese has finally melted? We have the solution! With our raclette turbo oven, the cheese is ready in no time.
