La cave de l'Orlaya was born in 2016 when Mathilde Roux took over the Gérard Roduit winery. Today, she manages this beautiful 8-hectare vineyard.

Our primary motivation is to produce wines of the highest quality; To do this, it starts in the vineyard with meticulous work on the magnificent Fully hillsides. A strict control of yields, an entirely manual harvest and a respectful management of the grapes until the arrival at the cellar where too the work is very precise and careful to allow the expression of each grape variety. La Cave de l'Orlaya also tries not to market wines too young to give them time to reach full maturity.

In the vineyard, our approach is organic with biodynamic trials.
