The Résidence Fort-Barreau is a place of living, support and care for the elderly, where priority is given to the relational aspects of residents' lives, contacts with families and intergenerational encounters. It is located in downtown Geneva, a stone's throw from Parc des Cropettes and Gare Cornavin.

It has 6 floors. The second floor is entirely dedicated to community life, and is home to the restaurant and the " salle polyvalente ", a communal room where residents can watch TV, chat with each other, carers or entertainers, and where certain animations take place. The other floors of the residence are mainly made up of bedrooms, but also include the physiotherapy and wellness rooms, as well as administrative offices.

As for the first floor, this is where you'll find the residence reception as well as the cafeteria.
