The fromagerie Bruand located in Geneva's Halle de Rive was established in 1982 by Mr. and Mrs. Bruand. In 1998, this family-run business was taken over, in keeping with tradition, by Dominique (a chef by trade) and Carole Ryser.

A true lover of good food, the objective of the Bruand cheese dairy team is to promote fresh, artisanal products from small producers, who love taste and good living.
