.A true lover of good food, the objective of the Bruand cheese dairy team is to promote fresh, artisanal products from small producers, who love taste and good living.

There are over 300 varieties of cheese varying according to season and arrival, from all over the world. This thanks, among other things, to Dominique and Carole Ryser's collaboration with Hervé Mons, Meilleur Ouvrier de France in Roanne and voted Meilleur Affineur.
