This inspection is particularly indicated prior to the sale of your property or following a property purchase, and may be requested by your electricity supplier.

The frequency of the inspection is regulated in the Ordinance on Low-Voltage Electrical Installations (OIBT) and differs according to the type of property (industrial hall, administrative premises, housing, etc.).
