For over 25 years I have been learning and teaching yoga from the bottom of my heart. This practice, this way of life, has given me a lot of joy, balance and curiosity for life. It has supported me in all areas of life and helped me with my most important task in this life - being a mother to my three beautiful children.

I am recognized as an internationally trained yoga teacher by the Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500) and as a trained yoga therapist by the Swiss Yoga Association. (recognized by the health insurance)

I am co-founder of YogaTopia, a beautiful yoga oasis in Herrliberg with a view of Lake Zurich. In addition to my work at YogaTopia, I am a trainer of aspiring yoga teachers in various studios in Switzerland.

I also offer massage and hypnotherapy.
