The company Semadeni Glasbeton AG has a long tradition and has existed in its basic structure since 1955. Glass block work can be carried out internationally. Today, the company is a leader in the development of prefabricated glass block elements, in assembly technology, in thermal insulation/sound insulation and fire protection glazing and in insulated laminated safety glass skylights with chrome steel installation frames (Glasolux® Switzerland).

The glass block allows the use of natural sunlight indoors without any loss of thermal insulation protection. This makes it a sustainable building material that saves energy. The product range includes various glass block designs as well as special blocks for thermal insulation, fire protection and security applications.
