.
Neck and cervical spine problems.
Back and lumbar disc problems (disc hernia), blockages.
Back pain (lumbar spine syndrome, SI joint blockage, slipped vertebrae problems)
Acute injuries / sports injuries (ankle sprains, OSG sprains, supination trauma, knee injuries, strains, bruises, torn ligaments, patellar tendinitis, tennis elbow)
Knee injuries/surgeries (cruciate ligament rupture, medial collateral ligament injuries, meniscus surgery, knee joint arthrosis, knee joint prostheses)
Hip joint arthrosis / joint replacement (hip endoprosthesis)
Inflammation of the ankle and Achilles tendon
Treatment of muscle tension, muscle pain
Strength-building training, muscle development and improvement of movement after operations on knee, hip and shoulder joints
Neurological complaints: nerve irritation, e.g. hands falling asleep, sciatic pain, paresthesia, weakness, headaches, migraines, rheumatological complaints.

Treatment techniques :
Manual therapy
Manual therapy (MT) primarily refers to measures that have a mobilizing effect on the joints. muscle stretching techniques are also used. The therapy is used for joint blockages of all kinds, e.g. to restore the mobility of a restricted ankle joint. Joints in the spine can also be mobilized, for example to reduce pain in the case of lumbago.
With traction, joint partners are moved apart by manual traction, which leads to a reduction in pressure, relief and pain relief. Simultaneous stretching of the joint capsule and ligaments improves mobility. All techniques are used for functional disorders of the joints of the extremities as well as the joints of the spine. Manual therapy is a targeted, joint-friendly and usually pain-free treatment technique.
Indications :
primary lymphoedema (congenital chronic disorder of lymph transport from the tissue
secondary lymphoedema following surgical removal of lymph nodes
Swelling after surgery or trauma, injuries
Edema in diseases of the rheumatic type
Migraine
Trigeminal neuralgia
Morbus Sudeck
The massage
is one of the best-known and oldest healing methods. Massages can stand alone as a form of treatment, but are often used in conjunction with other forms of therapy. Classic massage is used to loosen tense muscles, promote blood circulation and metabolism, positively influence circulation, blood pressure, breathing and the psyche and reduce pain. The physiotherapist uses different grip techniques depending on the desired effect. I use physiotherapeutic massage if you:
- suffer from back pain - then back massage is suitable as therapeutic massage therapy
- Suffer from muscle tension if you have a sedentary job. The professional medical massage relaxes your muscles and you will feel much better afterwards.
- suffer from restricted movement if you have problems with fluid movements, e.g. when standing up or bending down
- Suffering from tension after sporting exercises - this is also suitable for athletes, as well as those who have made an incorrect movement in recreational sports. A suitable sports massage can help here

Examination, optimization and treatment of the musculoskeletal system.
Fascial therapy
The term "fascia" refers to the collagenous connective tissue network of the human body. If these fasciae stick together or harden, the result can be pain and immobility. It becomes particularly unpleasant when fascia stiffens and thickens to such an extent that it constricts nerves. This can be caused by overloading or injury, but also by chemical stimuli, chemical messengers from the brain or stress. The task of the physiotherapist is to make the fasciae elastic again. As the connective tissue is extremely susceptible to pressure, pulling and kneading, this can be achieved through targeted exercise therapy and massages. Stretching and light jumping exercises can also help to keep the connective tissue elastic so that it can fulfill its functions again.
Manual lymphatic drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage is a form of therapy that is mainly used to treat oedema and decongest swollen areas of the body. The removal of fluid from the tissue into the lymphatic system is promoted by manual, often circular displacement techniques or tissue deformations, which are only carried out with very light pressure.Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle treatment technique that does not, as in classic massage therapy, cause increased blood circulation, but mainly affects the skin and subcutaneous tissue. Through certain movements and their correct sequence, there is a slight increase in pressure in the tissue, which supports the absorption of tissue fluid via the lymph vessels and the associated removal.
Other forms of therapy :
Ultrasound therapy
Trigger point therapy
PNF
Kinesio tape
Scar treatment
