The story of Jürg Obrecht wines is not that of a classic winemaker: In 1997, Jürg Obrecht junior and his young family took over the winegrowing and wine trade after the unexpected death of his father. Jürg Obrecht and his team continue to run the successful traditional business with passion and drive. With enthusiasm, hard work and a passionate search for the perfect quality, the traditions of Obrecht wines are maintained and carefully, innovatively and courageously developed further.

In 2005, the production facility was equipped with state-of-the-art cellar technology. The wines regularly win awards. Innovative products such as the Pinot Blanc Barrique or the newly launched sparkling wine "Tuns da Tschel" also appeal to new, young target groups.
