• Ventilation hygiene

• We carry out condition and hygiene checks and hygiene inspections on ventilation systems in accordance with SWKI guidelines. Our skilled workers are certified as hygiene specialists category A and B in accordance with SWKI guidelines 104 -01/02 (VDI 6022). Systems cleaned by us are excluded from the inspections we carry out. For this we involve one of our partner companies. This is the only way we can offer you the highest level of safety.

  We carry out air and water disinfection on humidification systems and air conditioning pump systems. We are also able to disinfect controlled domestic ventilation systems in Minergie buildings.

First cleaning

• The initial cleaning of new and old buildings as well as conventional construction types and those according to the Minergie standard is essential.

  The SIA 2023 guideline has required initial cleaning of the ventilation system in new and old buildings for some time now. Nevertheless, we often come across defective system parts or crushed ventilation hoses when cleaning ventilation systems after a few years. In extreme cases, water even collects in the ventilation ducts - standing water in ventilation systems can pose a health risk.

  Such cases can be prevented with an initial cleaning in the form of a hygiene check or even an initial hygiene inspection in accordance with SWKI 104-01/2. However, if necessary, a camera inspection of the inserted Comfo - Tube pipes can be carried out and any contaminated pipes can be cleaned.

  Controlled home ventilation systems are mandatory in Minergie and passive houses. In airtight houses, they are often the only way to ensure the necessary air exchange. To maintain health and well-being within your own four walls, the systems must be regularly maintained and cleaned.

  We have been cleaning ventilation systems in industrial and public buildings since 1994. And since the turn of the millennium, we have also been cleaning residential buildings with Minergie and passive construction methods.   We carry out a hygiene check when we inspect the ventilation system. This involves checking the system for leaks, damp spots or condensation, for example.
  If there are any suspicions, we recommend an extended hygiene inspection. Our hygiene experts will take samples, which will be evaluated by recognized laboratories.

• Dismantling

• Dismantling a building technology system requires extensive specialist knowledge and the appropriate equipment and permits.

  We have the relevant expertise, the necessary permits from the Federal Inspectorate for Heavy Current Installations (ESTI) in accordance with Art. 15 and the authorization to dispose of refrigerants professionally and can dismantle any building technology system professionally.
