The following provides more detailed information on various areas
We offer you planning and competent execution tailored to your individual needs. With holistic concepts, we take into account your individual preferences and requirements for the perfect bathroom
- classic
- modern
Our range of services includes new installations as well as the modernization and refurbishment of existing buildings:
- Single-family and multi-family housing
- Residential and commercial buildings
- Commercial and industrial construction
We guarantee punctual, clean and professional execution of all work and the necessary security for your investment with warranty and service!
It is recommended to descale the hot water boiler every 4 to 5 years if the water is hard. We differentiate between so-called mechanical descaling, where a heating coil with a manhole/flange can be removed, and chemical descaling, where the boiler must be completely chemically descaled. If necessary, the anodes and seals are replaced at the same time.

Almost every second detached house or apartment building is already equipped with underfloor heating today.
The advantages of underfloor heating are obvious: underfloor heating is comfortable, invisible, economical, versatile, well thought-out, powerful, efficient, allergy-friendly, environmentally friendly and suitable for new builds and renovations. The main advantages are:
- Underfloor heating is comfortable - the mild radiant heat from below ensures warm feet and a cool head. Underfloor heating is economical: the large-area "heat source" can save up to 12 percent energy by lowering temperatures by up to 2 °C.
- Underfloor heating is environmentally friendly: Underfloor heating shows its advantages with the combination of alternative energies such as heat pumps and solar collectors. Underfloor heating is clean and suitable for allergy sufferers: Virtually no dust is stirred up and mould growth is minimized.
- Underfloor heating is future-oriented and flexible: the heating of tomorrow is invisible and energy-conscious. It works together with a variety of heating systems.
- Underfloor heating is safe: underfloor heating offers the high quality standard of the German Standards Committee, the highest in Europe.
- Underfloor heating is invisible: underfloor heating does not require any disruptive heating elements on the wall, opening up creative new design possibilities.
- Underfloor heating can be combined in a variety of ways with different floor coverings: Tiles, natural stone, carpet, cork, laminate or parquet harmonize well with underfloor heating.
- Underfloor heating is suitable for new or existing buildings. Low-height systems have been specially developed for modernizing old buildings
Heat pump
Alternative energies are very much in vogue. On the one hand due to political developments - away from nuclear energy and towards the expansion of renewable energy sources - and on the other hand due to the associated attractive subsidy programs. Heat pumps offer a good approach in this area, but their environmental friendliness is by no means their only advantage.
Multitalent heat pump
You can definitely take your hat off to a heat pump. It can not only heat your own four walls and provide hot water, but can also be used for cooling. No complex conversion work is necessary for this! Either the heat pump is used without compression, i.e. without a compressor, or the flow direction is simply reversed. The compressor then serves as an evaporator and functions like a refrigerator, and the warm room air is returned to the heat transfer medium (air, water or earth) through this reversal. Particularly in the case of a heat pump that uses geothermal energy by means of a geothermal probe, cooling mode in summer can even increase the seasonal performance factor and thus the efficiency. Due to the thermal charging, the probe then has a higher output temperature available in the cooler season and therefore consumes less primary energy
Increase in the value of the property
Owners of residential properties are increasingly confronted with the energy pass in view of letting and selling. Energy-efficient refurbishment and, not least, an efficient and cost-effective heating system are becoming increasingly important. A heat pump is the ideal solution for both points. Refurbishment in line with energy efficiency criteria with full thermal insulation quickly costs twice as much as installing a heat pump. Thermal insulation reduces heating costs by a maximum of just 40 percent, whereas geothermal heating can save up to 60 percent of heating costs. The reduction in primary energy is also recorded in the energy pass. The energy consumption can therefore be verified in detail, which is a valuable argument for renting or selling properties with heat pumps, especially in times of high energy prices, and therefore also increases their value.
Oil and gas heating
Modern heating with the gas & oil condensing boiler
More economical heating: that is the goal of many homeowners. A condensing boiler can help. The condensing boiler, also known as a condensing boiler in the gas heating sector, is a heating boiler that achieves very high energy efficiency through the use of so-called condensing technology. The exhaust gases - which escape unused from the chimney with other heating technologies - are used to generate energy. As a heating system owner, you can noticeably reduce your gas consumption with a condensing boiler. In addition, a condensing boiler achieves significantly lower pollutant emissions than a low-temperature boiler and protects the environment. Heizungsfinder explains how the condensing boiler works, how much money you can save and what the purchase costs are.
How gas & oil condensing boilers work
Water vapor is produced during the combustion of gas, oil or pellets. A conventional gas heating system or an older oil heating system releases this water vapor, together with the CO2 produced during combustion, into the environment via the chimney.
Air / heat pump
The heat source of an air-to-water heat pump is the ambient air. This can be tapped almost anywhere and with little effort. This makes air heat pumps universally applicable and particularly interesting for the renovation of older buildings and heating systems. The technology can be installed either inside or outside the building.
The air-to-water heat pump draws in warm outside air to heat the inside of a house. The air heat pump can be installed either outside or in the basement of the house. This requires approx. 1 m³ of space for the technology.Compared to brine-to-water heat pumps and water-to-water heat pumps, an air heat pump requires less space. Likewise, no permits are required for the construction of a well or the drilling of a geothermal probe. Air heat pumps are therefore a flexible and cost-effective alternative for buildings with limited space in the boiler room or garden.
