• 1962: Michel Zuchuat founds the "Carrosserie Moderne"

• 1979: Official start of the Ferrari agency

• 1986: Construction of a new garage at the western entrance to Sion named Garage Zenith

• 2003: Opening of a branch in downtown Lausanne

• 2003: Representation of the Maserati brand for both Vaud and Valais agencies

• 2011: Doubling of sales area in Sion and new showroom

• 2017: Construction of a new building in Lutry
