In crisis situations, our usual patterns, strategies and views are shaken up. It often helps to talk about it with someone from outside - lifestyle work. This makes it easier to understand and perhaps even change one thing or another.

In couples counseling, the crisis comes in two forms. It's about clarifying ideas, needs, role models and everyday situations. I am not an arbitrator who says who is right. We work together to try and establish a friendly relationship.

A positive view of strengths and encouragement are an important basis, especially when raising children. Parents and guardians have a challenging job raising their children, and I am happy to support them in this. This content is passed on to parents and educators in the further training courses at AAI IP-Erziehung.

What inspires me about individual psychology is the friendly view of people. The sense of community is a term coined by Alfred Adler. It is important to me that we feel comfortable in the community and that we can move within it.
