Me Flore Primault

A lawyer at the bar, specializing in social and private insurance law, employment and tenancy law, and BVG, currently preparing for an FSA specialization in civil liability and insurance law, Me Flore Primault is fluent in five languages, including English, Portuguese, Italian and German. She has an excellent knowledge of civil and administrative law. After working in a renowned Lausanne law firm while preparing for her law degree, she obtained a half-licence in psychology and a postgraduate diploma in criminology. She completed her training in Geneva, at a major law firm. With her bar exam in her pocket, she clerked for almost two years at the Geneva Cantonal Social Insurance Court, where she drafted judgments and developed in-depth knowledge of insurance and BVG law, not to mention obtaining a CAS certificate in magistrature.Her part-time work with a major legal protection firm enabled her to round out her knowledge and hone her advice to a highly diverse clientele.

She has a degree in psychology and a postgraduate diploma in criminology.

Me Franck Tièche

Lawyer at the bar. FSA specialist in real estate and construction law. Frank Tièche also has excellent knowledge of a wide range of legal fields, including civil law, contract law, criminal law, administrative law and insurance law. Fluently bilingual in English and French, he studied in Scotland, where he completed a postgraduate degree (L.L.M.) in intellectual property, and then worked in Berne at the Office for Combating Money Laundering. He completed his training in Geneva, with a local law firm, and worked in a private bank, which enabled him to hone his specialist knowledge of business law. His knowledge of insurance stems from his part-time work as a clerk at the Cantonal Insurance Court for almost a year and a half. He also clerked part-time at the Tribunal des Prud'hommes de la Broye et du Nord Vaudois.
