I'm Laure, born in 1987. After my studies in the Jura region, I spent a year as an au pair in Canada to improve my English. Back in Switzerland, I graduated from HES La Source in Lausanne in 2010 and worked as a nurse in psychiatry, mainly in the emergency department. Between 2016 and 2018, I went back to school to become a midwife. During this time, I discovered the benefits of kinesiology and the Total Reset method on my health. Convinced, I trained in kinesiology and graduated in 2022 with an Ortra TC Branch Certificate.

Kinesiology
Kinesiology has a holistic vision of Being. It perceives the individual as a whole, considering his or her physical, emotional, mental and energetic dimensions.

LEAA method
The LEAA method (Liberation of Emotions and Associated Allergies), releases in a few minutes the emotions that have provoked an abnormal reaction in the body, such as: gastrointestinal problems, nervous problems, skin problems, respiratory problems...

Total Reset
This method balances both chronic and functional health disorders such as : skin disorders, headaches, joint, digestive or respiratory problems, hormonal imbalances, seasonal allergies...
