When we founded Hartley's of Paris in 1995, little did we know how successful our concept of French design combined with traditional English craftsmanship would be. We quickly gained a reputation throughout Europe for the design, production and installation of our flat-woven rugs, wool carpets and rugs that were both stylish and durable.
 As we grew, we expanded our product range by stocking many colors and patterns. Today, with our offices, warehouse and workshop located in Cheltenham, we are able to meet the worldwide demand for top-quality wool rugs.
