The grape harvest unites the winemaker with the land, the weather, the wine and man. Each wine carries a story. So that this story is alive, that it is ours and everyone's, I wish, through my selection, to be this relay between actors and consumers. 

Vendanges, vins et spiritueux, is a vinothèque based in Lausanne offering mainly Swiss, French and Italian wines. Spirits, beers and wine-related objects round out the offering. From aperitif to dessert, a delicatessen accompanies and suggests food and wine pairings. These products, often bio-biodynamic, all embody a respect for terroir and the environment, a commitment and a thoughtfulness.

 Harvesting is a story of attention, energy, experience and precision, passion, hands and smiles. Harvesting is about sharing, and that's what I'd like to pass on to you with my suggestions and during tastings.
