Proposed services : psychological consultation, psychotherapy, supervision.

For whom ? : Adults (or from age 16) ; individual therapy and group psychotherapy (as requested).

Orientation : (technical approach) transactional analysis, body therapy, hypnosis, somatic experiencing.

Reimbursement possible by health insurance (as part of basic insurance).

The work is of variable geometry, enabling us to target a wide range of objectives:

-     Treatment of psychological illnesses and disorders (depression, anxiety disorders, emotional disorders, disorders of self-esteem or self-confidence, etc.)

-     Support and advice in the face of a particular situation (relational conflict, difficult work relationships, bereavement, distressing life situation, etc.)

-     Personal assessment, support in making important decisions, etc.

Alongside individual counseling, my practice offers two other services : group therapy, and supervision.

Group therapy :

This is an approach aimed specifically at people who are experiencing difficulty in their way of relating to others, and who want group therapy to put themselves in a situation and stimulate learning of their skills. Group therapy enables us to work directly and within the group with what's going on for the person when they relate to others.

Supervision :

Targeted at practitioners (or teams of practitioners) in the helping relationship, in the broadest sense : care, social or educational work, or teaching. The aim is to develop emotional skills, the capacity for analysis and the search for intervention postures that enable working situations to be managed comfortably and effectively.
