As a health consultant, I am deeply committed to prevention. Everyone can do a lot in advance to prevent illness. This is called primary prevention. This is primarily about our behavior in everyday life. With a healthy diet, sufficient exercise and mindfulness towards stress, we have already laid good foundations for our personal health. If we also take care of our immune system, our dental health and our psyche, we are already very far ahead in primary prevention.

By the way, secondary prevention is more about identifying risk factors in order to counteract the development of diseases. And in tertiary prevention, the focus is on alleviating existing illnesses or preventing a relapse.
