Addiction and trauma

In addition to Lisa Najavits' Finding Safety programme and stabilizing imagination techniques, various exposure methods such as EMDR, Narrative Exposure Therapy or Somatic Experience are also used.
Depending on the severity, comorbidity and complexity of the illness, we offer classic long-term therapy, with treatment lasting between 8 and 24 weeks. Short-term therapy comprises a treatment period of 8 weeks. If necessary, therapy can be continued at the Lenzburg outpatient clinic or the Lenzburg day clinic.
