Contaris Fiduciaria was founded in 2004 as an independent firm. In 2013 the corporate structure changes form becoming a General Partnership. It is permanently consolidated in the figures of the co-owners, Romina Marghitola-Mercurio and Omar Mercurio, both of whom hold the certificate of specialist in finance and accounting and are registered in the Register of Fiduciaries of the Canton of Ticino.

Thanks to their in-depth experience in the fiduciary and business consulting fields, the business is developing and growing positively, especially oriented toward SMEs in the region. To date, it boasts an established clientele and operates throughout the Ticino region, largely in the Sopraceneri.
