What to do to have healthy teeth?

After every meal immediately clean teeth properly with floss, brush and toothbrush. Healthy diet. Periodic checkups at the dentist.

Do your gums bleed?

.

This is an early symptom of inflammation leading to periodontitis (serious gum disease) and tooth loss. Ask for an appointment right away.

Halitosis, bad breath?

.

It is mostly caused by bacteria and organic remains present between the teeth, on the mucous membranes and on the back of the tongue. It is cured by good oral hygiene, cleaning the mucous membranes and tongue. A medical checkup can give more information.
