Free and non-binding inspections 

In detail:

• Initial incidental fees: 150 francs
• Hourly expenses: 100 francs (minimum 4 hours), billed as follows:
  • transfer from Locarno to his home 
  .
  • travel from his old residence to his new residence
  • actual work 
  • transfer back from his new home to Locarno
• Each additional half hour will cost you 50 francs 

Optional services:
Clearing: 20 francs service activation, 50 francs per half hour (minimum 30 minutes)
Final cleaning: 20 francs service activation, 50 francs per half hour (minimum 30 minutes)
Hire dog carrier: 20 francs service activation, no additional charge
for each additional worker: 20 francs service activation,  100 francs per hour (based on total hours)

Ideal for those who want to save money and are not afraid to get their hands dirty...
This option will allow you to save a considerable amount of money, one of our staff members will come to help you with your needs
(ATTENTION! Please note that LAPS benefits do not reimburse for this type of billing!)

 

• SHIPPING

Active throughout Ticino and Mesolcina

We clear cellars, garages, attics and lofts, apartments , offices , stores and premises. 

Retrieval and disposal of recyclable materials (PET, ALU, PAPER....)

 

Price starting from  50 FRANKS!

TARIFF HOURS:

• Hourly expenses: 50 FRANKS , billed as follows:
  • waste disposal 25 francs
  • transfer from Locarno to his home
  .
  • actual work 
  • transfer back from his home in Locarno
  .
• Each additional half hour will cost you 25 francs 

SERVICE INCLUDES A WORKER AND A VAN (in case an additional worker is needed, the hourly rate is doubled) 

Additional ADDITIONAL COSTS: 
EASY TRANSLOCKS reserves the right to invoice additional costs such as: Urgency, Car Mileage, and other added costs.
These additional costs will be communicated to you in advance!

MODE OF PAYMENT: 
Except by prior agreement of the parties, payment is made in cash upon completion of the work.

• LAPS REIMBURSEMENT
.

Furniture purchase expense can be recognized every 5 years (60 months), only if it has been authorized by the USSI. 

The cost of furniture is recognized with the following maximum amounts: 

- for reference units consisting of one person, up to a maximum of 1,000 fr.;

 - for reference units of two persons, up to a maximum of 1,500 fr.; 

- per additional person, 300 fr. up to a maximum of 3,000 fr.
