My basic education is social pedagogy.
The further basis are three NDS courses of study
"Management in the social pedagogical field",
"Management for non-profit organizations",
"Supervision, project and specialist consulting,
Consulting in organizations" as well as a
certificate in adult education.
Further training in solution-oriented work in
supervision, coaching and organizations
followed.

My focus was on systemic structural constellations in
organizations, teams, personal systems and family businesses. In addition,
I focused on the topics of conflict management, mediation, psychodrama,
sociometry, stress management and burnout. The mbsr course "Stress
management through mindfulness" complemented the examination of these topics.
Continuously I deal with creative methods and techniques within
supervision, such as Action methods for creative work with
individuals, groups and teams (Moreno), Best Practice in Coaching, Supervision
and Organizational Development (G. Schmidt), Best Practice Intuition for Professionals and
Reteaming Coach Training.
