In addition to psychotherapy, the psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment offered also includes psychopharmacotherapy if required, whereby the use of phytotherapeutics (medicinal plants as medicines) is also examined. Psychotherapy is interdisciplinary with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy and the use of mindfulness-based methods (dialectical behavioral therapy) and is covered by health insurance.

I base my treatment and therapy on the guidelines of Swiss and international professional associations and the latest scientific literature. Therapy usually takes place in an individual setting and, if necessary, in a couple and family setting.
