Réflex'Flo Cabinet is a wellness space dedicated to reflexology and holistic practices. Located in a soothing setting, our practice offers a natural approach to relieving stress, improving circulation, and restoring balance to the body.

Our certified reflexologist, Flo, specializes in various foot, palm and facial reflexology techniques to treat a variety of physical and emotional ailments. Each session is tailored to our clients' individual needs, whether to reduce tension, stimulate vital energy or promote deep relaxation.

We also emphasize a caring and personalized approach, ensuring that each client feels listened to and supported throughout their treatment journey.

I've always been passionate about human behavior as well as the body-mind relationship of the individual. Having a genuine interest in people, I naturally turned to a profession that would enable me to listen to them and help them get better. So I decided to create Réflex'Flo, to offer massages and wellness solutions, in the Begnins area, between Nyon and Rolle.

To feel comfortable in one's body, to have a free and joyful spirit, a serene life, as far as possible, this in spite of the daily worries that everyone is led to encounter, here is one of the essential motivations that guides my choice for this profession of listening and accompaniment.
