Our activities:
- OPEN GYM
Take advantage of your gymnasium without any limits.
Free access to the club every day from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m..You can work out on your own by taking advantage of all the club's equipment or you can follow the workout sheets provided to you by our Coaches.
- PRIVATE SESSION
Our personalized path designed for those who want to reach the maximum goals.
An exclusive tailored to your requests; each session lasts 50' and is personally studied by your coach who will be with you for the duration of your path.
- CROSS TRAINING
Our class dedicated to all people who want to achieve and overcome their goals!
This is a type of high-intensity functional training.Our workouts are structured in such a way that they can be done by everyone, safely, regardless of their level.

Only with a Physiotherapist and an experienced instructor can you achieve maximum results...not talk!

- FIT&BOXE
The class of Fit&Boxing, also called "aerobicaboxing", consists of an interval training class that uses music not as a background but as the building block of the class.
The techniques used are all derived from combat sports and have been adapted to the fitness context so that they are not harmful in any way to the users.The result is a highly dynamic, engaging, adaptable lesson for everyone, where a moving bag is used as a target.
The objectives aimed at by Fit&Boxing are:
- to prevent cardiovascular diseases
- to relieve the tension accumulated during a day of study or work
- to obtain a basis of self-defense.The class is divided into:
- warm-up phase with successions of blows (kicks, punches, knees, elbows, etc.) "unloading"
- middle phase with a more intense rhythm through the use of moving bags on which to unload the blows
- defatigue phase in which heartbeats are brought back to normal and stretching exercises are performedEffective, engaging, invigorating and fun is suitable for men and women of all ages.

We consider boxing not only a combat sport, but a martial art where you can strengthen your mind and spirit.
If you have a competitive spirit we will give you all the opportunities to be able to improve and compare.
If, on the other hand, you are amateurs we will pass on all the passion of our qualified instructors.
- KICK BOXING
Kick Boxing Kick Boxing is a combat sport of Japanese origin that combines kicking techniques typical of Eastern martial arts with boxing punches.
This combat sport is a complete workout that allows one to practice fitness intelligently, toning the body and burning a lot of calories.In addition to the physical benefits, the psychological ones are also worth noting, which mainly concern personal safety, overcoming stress related to daily life, and acquiring a base of self-defense techniques. Thanks to the latter component, kick boxing is gaining more and more popularity in the female world.
During classes, exercises are often offered in pairs, so as to train both action and reaction, but there is no physical contact such as to be dangerous for participants.
Suitable for men, women and boys.
- KARATE
Karate Karate is a martial art originated in Japan that involves bare-handed defense without the use of weapons:
- SHOTOKAN: modern style of Japanese karate founded by Gichin Funakoshi;
- SHITO-RYU: modern style founded by master Kenwa Mabuni.This type of activity is great for children/children, teaches technique, respect, discipline and self-control. Karate helps the body develop in a balanced way, does not overstress the back but makes it flexible, strengthens the muscles and joints.
It is also very suitable for children/youth with poor concentration and self-control skills.
This martial art is used as a method of educating the BODY and the MIND,
to better engage energies.Recommended for children, youth and adults.
- PERSONAL DEFENSE - KRAV MAGA
The self-defense or self-defense course proposes to provide all participants with the basic skills necessary to handle any situation that threatens one's safety.
The objective of the course is:
- to become fully aware of one's body and abilities
- to develop reaction speed and coolness
- to know how to handle or avoid a physical and/or verbal disputeSelf-defense exclusively includes techniques and strategies for defense against aggression, on a physical, psychological and verbal level. The fundamental concept of self-defense is prevention suitable for all and is only for defense and never for offense.
KRAV MAGA
Combat technique of Israeli origin designed to defend oneself through an intelligent and immediate assessment of the dangerousness of the aggression and being able to choose the most effective and quickest action to use to safeguard one's safety.This system of defense is quite easy to assimilate, as there is nothing superfluous, only pragmatism, instinctiveness, and speed of execution of actions. Krav maga prepares the individual to be ready for anything that needs to be done to survive a hand-to-hand or weapon attack, no holds barred.

Our course designed for little ones, ages 5 and up.
