Sustainable viticulture

Consisting of 7 hectares of vines, the vineyard is cultivated according to the most environmentally-friendly standards. Since 2015, herbicides and chemicals have been outlawed in favor of more natural methods. Convinced that a great wine is made from perfect grapes, nothing is left to chance in our vineyards. Yields are low, and grapes are harvested only when they have reached optimum ripeness. Today, we cultivate 10 different grape varieties: Chasselas, Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc, Muscat and Vermentino for the whites, as well as: Pinot, Noir, Syrah, Diolinoir, Galotta and Garanoir for the reds. At the beginning of 2021, the winery will begin converting to organic viticulture with the BioSuisse label. Obtaining this label is a consecration for the entire estate team.
