Located in Monthey, the surveyors and engineers JMVUADENS office deploys a highly diversified activity mainly in the Chablais Valaisan region but also in the Valais Romand and beyond depending on opportunities. It was founded in 1977 by Jean-Michel Vuadens and taken over in 2018 by Philippe Vuadens.

The office currently comprises 17 employees, including 4 engineers, 3 technicians, 4 geomaticians, 1 mason surveyor assistant, 1 accounting secretary, 1 management secretary and 3 apprentices.

Aside from traditional cadastral surveying activities, the office has numerous technical and industrial siting mandates. It also specializes in bathymetry work on Lake Geneva or the Rhône, drone flights as well as all derived products: orthophotos, volume calculations and 3D visualization.

The geological survey office is also active in the field of land surveying.

The Chablais surveyor's office is also active in multidisciplinary work, collaborating either as pilot or partner in the realization of important mandates such as development and zoning plans, general water evacuation plans (PGEE), bridge and tunnel layouts, work related to the 3rd correction of the Rhône.

Aware of the importance of good training, the office JMVUADENS has always been committed to training apprentices, of whom there are currently 3. It collaborates as an expert in the CFC end-of-apprenticeship or surveying technician examinations, as well as in the state examination for the federal diploma for surveying engineers. The office is also active in preparing inter-company training courses.
