The Fondation de La Côte pour l'aide et les soins à domicile et la prévention manages the medico-social centers in the Nyon and Morges districts, as well as Espace Prévention in Nyon and Morges and CMS+ in Etoy.

The Centres médico-sociaux offer home help and care services. Care is provided 24 hours a day by a multidisciplinary team (nurses, occupational therapists, social assistants, multi-purpose auxiliaries, home helps) in collaboration with other network partners: hospitals, CTRs (treatment and rehabilitation centers), EMSs (medico-social establishments), etc.

The services:

• nursing care;
• health, support and supervision visits;
• end-of-life accompaniments;
• rehabilitation treatments for daily living;
• neuromuscular and orthopedic recovery;
• indications and choice of aids;
• help and advice with administrative and financial procedures

• home help with washing, housework, laundry or ironing;
• help for the family;
• meals at home;
• watches and attendance ;
• biotelevigilance devices (Secutel) ;
• orientation and organization of placements, short stays and temporary care (UAT) ;
• collaboration with voluntary services for transport, shopping, visits, etc.
