Founded in 1972 by Giorgio Oliva as a sole proprietorship, starting in 1999 Oliva Falegnameria was transformed into an SA with Matteo Oliva and Michela Gardenghi Oliva joining the Board of Directors, thus maintaining the character of family business. Since 1973 we have been affiliated with the Swiss Association Furniture and Door and Window Manufacturers Ticino section. 

Our company is located in the Blenio Valley, in the municipality of Acquarossa and more precisely in Motto (10 minutes from Biasca) but our business radius extends to the whole canton of Ticino and also to the rest of Switzerland.

The main activity is characterized by the production, supply and installation of wooden and wood-aluminum windows and doors, but we are still able to offer any work in the field of carpentry: entrance doors and interior doors, cabinets, furniture, stairs, kitchens, cladding, rustic renovation, etc.

Thanks to the training and professionalism of our workforce (qualified carpenters and apprentice carpenters domiciled in the region), top-quality lumber and other materials (mainly from Switzerland), and state-of-the-art machinery (we have just equipped ourselves with a new CNC machining center), we can offer our clientele (private individuals, public institutions, architectural firms, etc.) carpentry works that meet individual and special needs. 

The scope of our company's work begins with consulting and/or design, continues with our own production in the workshop, and ends with the installation of the works with a guarantee over time of what is supplied. We are also very sensitive to the environment and for years we have been equipped with a state-of-the-art boiler and our solid wood scraps are ground and reclaimed for pôi to be automatically introduced into the boiler, if needed we also purchase wood chips from a local supplier.
