The restaurant has been on the square in Moudon for 20 years now, and it was in 2013 that the Chen couple decided to become the proud owners.
Cooking and catering is a family affair for them, as they've always worked together. 
Mr. Chen, the chef, likes to work with Asian products in all their forms. His specialties range from Peking duck, to crispy beef, to lamb with cumin.
As for Ms. Chen, what she loves about her job is the contact with customers, but also sharing her culture through the culinary arts and the rich, tasty and varied dishes she serves to her customers.
