Halotherapy

Halotherapy or ( salt therapy )is a natural treatment based on the inhalation administration of micronized medical sodium chloride.
Practiced in natural salt mines, its benefits have been known for centuries especially for the treatment of asthma and other respiratory conditions.
Micronized salt in very small particles can reach very deep into the lung alveoli, thus triggering a purifying action of all respiratory tracts; it also helps eliminate toxins from the body, brings significant benefits to the skin and decreases stress. Halotherapy is suitable for everyone, starting with children, who, in addition to being the most prone to disorders related to the respiratory system and skin problems, are also the most receptive to this type of treatment from which they will be able to derive maximum benefit, having fun and playing with salt. Physiotherapy and Home Therapies 

A team of experts in continuing specialized training approaches the patient holistically by managing pain in a bio-psycho-social manner, focusing on the patient and his or her previous pain experiences in order to avoid chronic pain. A timely intervention by a specialized operator from the very hours following an injury will allow an earlier and more efficient recovery, leading to complete resumption of work activities, sports and any hobbies.Once the rehabilitation goal has been achieved and therefore the return to functional autonomy, it is equally important to maintain the results obtained also through the continuity of therapies. In this regard, it was decided to set up a specific physical maintenance protocol, also collaborating with the center Body Club personal training. A set of interventions aimed at promoting and maintaining the state of well-being and avoiding the onset of disease. Proper prevention helps a good state of overall balance and well-being, as well as making the body less prone to problems and facilitates healing by speeding it up should it be necessary.

Kinesiotape

Kinesiotape is a neuromuscular bandage that uses an adhesive elastic tape to give mechanical and sensory stimulation from the part of the body where it is applied to the central nervous system.

The glue in this "patch" does not continene drugs, but is on the tape arranged to form small circles; these, through bodily movement, expand and shrink, causing the skin underneath to move and send stimuli deeper.
This stimulation has several purposes such as: analgesic action, reduction of edema and inflammation due to its action on blood and lymphatic circulation, provides sensory stimuli to inhibit muscles, to relax a muscle, to reduce a contracture or to excite a muscle, to maintain tone-trophism, and to avoid hypotonicity. It also improves the function of a joint by stimulating proprioceptors.
There are different application techniques depending on the effect you want to achieve, which is why it is necessary to attend a specific course to instruct a therapist in the use of this technique.

Dry Needling

Dry Needling is a very effective form of treatment in the management of myofascial pain syndrome caused by particular muscle dysfunctions, trigger points, that cause local and referred pain.
The technique involves the insertion of thin acupuncture needles, without any medication (dry needling), into the muscles to be treated.
The skin is disinfected beforehand, then the sterile, disposable needle is inserted between the skin and the muscle, directly into the painful spot, triggering a local neuromuscular response.
After a dry needling treatment, the area of the muscle that has been treated is much softer and relaxed.

The NAET EUROPE Method

The NAET Method®

Born in India, where she spent her entire childhood, Dr. Devi Nambudripad moved to California in 1976. Very ill from birth, due to a large number of environmental sensitivities and food intolerances that forced her to eat only white rice and broccoli for more than three years, she turned to medical studies in search of a remedy to her ever-precarious state of health. In addition to his medical degree, he is a doctor of chiropractic and has a doctorate in Oriental medicine and acupuncture. He has also studied kinesiology and nutrition.

Based on the Eastern medicine assumption for that everything that exists on earth is surrounded by an electromagnetic energy field, Dr. Nambudripad believes that an individual's "unfavorable response" to a substance is the result of "an imbalance of energy in the body caused by the contact of two or more incompatible energies." This conflict creates energy blockages in the meridians which, as they accumulate, can give rise to various disorders. Building on this principle, it further appears that an individual can be potentially incompatible to "everything under the sun, including one's own organs and tissues." Moving from this premise, Nambudripad discovered that a particular stimulation of the roots of the sympathetic nervous system allows it to send a message to the brain that causes it to revise its erroneous perception of that given substance. This new message will then remain permanently imprinted after stimulation of certain acupuncture points and adherence by the person treated to precise rules for the 25 hours following treatment. This reprogramming constitutes the heart of the NAET® treatment, which over the past twenty years has already enabled this theory to be largely validated, with results that are as satisfactory as they are long-lasting. After treatment, the incompatibility or conflict between energies disappears completely, resulting in the disappearance of related symptoms as well. NAET thus treats the cause of the reaction, not the resulting symptoms.

NAET® in practice

This is a painless, safe and highly effective method when practiced by certified professionals, which does not involve any recourse to prescription drugs. In addition, the muscle strength test used to perform reactivity testing is extremely reliable and accurate. A variation of the method also makes it possible to test and treat very weak, disabled people, as well as infants and young children, with equal effectiveness and without risk. Generally only one element is treated at a time, although more sensitive individuals may need specific combinations of treatments. The sample of the treated substances consists of a liquid solution specially formulated for NAET®, hermetically sealed in a small glass vial, as the conductivity of the glass allows the electromagnetic charge of the contents to be transmitted. One session takes about 30 minutes.

This method neither detracts from nor is intended to replace any other form of medical practice and carries the advantage of not interfering with other types of treatment. Thus, for example, people undergoing treatment are advised to continue taking their prescribed medications, as this in no way affects the results obtained with NAET®. NAET®is a complementary method to all other therapies, with which it can be associated without risk.
