We are a family business with 70 employees, run by Christoph Jenzer in the 4th generation. Since 1898 the Jenzer family has been practising the butcher's trade with a lot of joy and power.

We only sell meat from particularly species-appropriate animal husbandry and attach great importance to the shortest possible transport routes.
Our butcher's shop is made up of three specialist stores:
The head office is in Arlesheim, which is also home to production, the Goldwurst kitchen, Engros sales, party service, administration and the Gasthof zum Ochsen. Since March 2020, you can also find a wide range of our products in the online store.
